The winning sausage

“Ooh La La!” was Raymond Blanc’s comment when he tasted the sausage from Thomas Alleyene’s High School/Uttoxeter Community Farm at the Real Food Festival where the school won the competition for the best school farm sausage, produced from their own farm and garden ingredients.
