Hampton Court success for Plumpton

The winning show garden is the result of much effort of one of the Foundation Degree Garden design students and the dynamic Horticultural staff from Plumpton College in East Sussex. The garden was designed by Andrea Fawcett Philippart, a former graduate of the Foundation Degree course in Garden Design at Plumpton College, it has been awarded a Silver Gilt medal at this year's show.
The garden is inspired by the work of the Mexican architect, Luis Barragan. His mastery of colour, light and space engenders a sense of tranquility throughout his buildings and landscapes :
