SSAT runs a programme supporting the DCSF Rural Dimension accreditation which all specialist schools may apply for in addition to their DCSF specialism. The programme encourages schools to study rural and environmental topics and issues as part of their curriculum and thus to broaden student experience, increase motivation and raise levels of achievement.
